Your study data should stay private and understandable.

This may include your Google account identifier, name and email, selected subjects and exam date, study progress, saved answers, tutor conversations, feedback reports, and answer images you choose to upload.

AcePaper uses this information to authenticate you, save your private workspace, retrieve relevant academic material, generate requested AI responses, meter plan usage, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve academic quality.

Account and application data may be processed by infrastructure and AI providers used to operate AcePaper, including Supabase, Vercel, Google authentication, and configured model providers. Only the information needed for the requested operation should be sent to a provider. API keys remain server-side.

Student answer images are stored in private storage and are not public links. A PDF selected only in the side-by-side local viewer remains on your device unless you separately choose an upload feature.

Study records remain available while the account is active so progress and conversations can be restored. You can delete tutor conversations from the product. Account-data deletion and correction requests can be submitted through Settings.

If local law requires a parent or guardian to approve a student's use of an online service, that approval should be obtained before the account is used. Do not upload unnecessary personal or sensitive information in an answer image or conversation.

AcePaper uses private records, access controls, and server-side secrets, but no online service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
